The Falcons, who earned three first-place finishes yesterday in the field events, finished with six total titles against their Front Range foes.

The Falcons combined for 10 additional top-five finishes during the second day of action at the Indoor Practice Facility on the University of Colorado campus.

Sophomore Michael Rhoads clocked a time of 48.57 in his first indoor 400-meter dash to finish third and join Koss in the top-five of that event. Senior Trent Holmes and junior Keith Batista finished second (season-best 7.02) and fifth (7.17), respectively, in the 60-meter dash, while Batista (third, career-best 8.17) and classmate Micah Fontaine (fifth, 8.19) finished in the top-five of the 60-meter hurdles. The Falcons also earned multiple top-five placements in the mile run, as juniors Nathan Thomas and Noah Riley finished third (4:18.08) and fourth (4:18.17), respectively, in that event.
