SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2015-16: Finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (1:51.45)...also scored for the Falcons at that meet as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth...clocked a career-best time of 1:51.43 to finish fifth at the Sun Angel Classic...earned an additional fifth-place finish at the outdoor-opening Aztec Invitational (1:55.49)...ran the second leg of the 4x800-meter relay that posted the second-fastest time in Academy history (7:29.14) at the Drake Relays...competed in the 800-meter run during four indoor meets...clocked a personal-best time of 1:52.01 to finish fourth at the Tyson Invitational...earned runner-up honors in that event at the Air Force Team Challenge (1:52.77, adjusted for altitude)...raced in two 600-meter events...posted a career-best 1:20.10 to finish fourth at the New Mexico Team Invitational...that was the fastest time on the team in 2016.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2014-15: Ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that clocked the fifth-fastest time in Academy history (7:39.69) at the Drake Relays...ranked second on the team in the 800-meter run during the indoor season...clocked a career-best time of 1:53.47 (adjusted for altitude) at the New Mexico Invitational...competed at that distance four times, including the Mountain West Indoor Championships...ran the 400-meter dash twice, posting a personal-best 51.36 at the Air Force Team Challenge...ran a 1:06.84 in the 500-meter dash at the Air Force Holiday Open...also competed in the 800-meter run during four outdoor meets...posted a personal-best time of 1:53.34 for a top-five finish at the Aztec Invitational...earned a top-three placement at the Air Force Twilight Open (1:58.29)...ran the 400-meter dash at the Jerry Quiller Classic, clocking in at 51.27.

HIGH SCHOOL: Valor Christian High School...Colorado 4A state champion in the 800-meter run (1:52.66)...also set the VCHS record with that time...also placed sixth in the state meet in the 400-meter dash (48.95)...anchored the 4x400-meter relay that finished second in 3:16...won the 800-meter run during the indoor season at the Arkansas High School Indoor Invitational and Air Force High School Indoor Invitational...set a new meet record at Air Force’s event (1:55.19)...finished second in that event at the Simplot Games (indoors) and Mt. SAC Relays (outdoors)...finished 10th at the New Balance Indoor National Championships with a time of 1:53.93...first-team all-state selection...lettered four years in both cross country and track.
