JUNIOR (2011): Earned All-American (second-team) honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the NCAA Indoor Championships...ran the 800-meter leg of the DMR that recorded an Academy record (9:32.06) at the Alex Wilson Invitational...that time was ranked 10th in the nation and garnered the squad an invitation to the NCAA Championships...clocked a 1:50.5 split in that race...helped Air Force become the first service academy to send a DMR to the national championships...clocked the eighth-fastest indoor 800-meter time (1:51.84, adjusted for altitude) at the New Mexico Classic...scored for the Falcons in that event at the Mountain West Conference Championships, placing seventh in 1:52.50...also competed in the 600-meter run (1:21.14, Nebraska Wesleyan Open), the 1000-meter run (2:32.12, Nebraska adidas Invitational) and the mile (4:22.72a, Air Force All-Comers Meet) during the indoor season...clocked the second-fastest 800-meter time of the outdoor season (1:51.84) at the Mt. SAC Relays... finished second in that distance at the Front Range Classic...competed in the 1500-meter race during four meets...clocked a career-best 3:55.80a to finish sixth at the Jack Christiansen Invitational.
SOPHOMORE (2010): Led the team in the 800-meter run during the indoor season...clocked a team-leading time of 1:53.04a to finish sixth at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships...also ran the mile during the indoor season, clocking a career-best, altitude adjusted, time of 4:20.97 at the Don Barrett Duals...ranked second in the 800 meters during the outdoor season...clocked an altitude-adjusted time of 1:52.52 at the Front Range Invitational...also participated in the 1500-meter run, clocking a career-best time of 3:58.94 at the Beach Invitational.
FRESHMAN (2009): Led the team in the 800-meter run during the outdoor season...clocked a team-leading time of 1:53.74 (adjusted for altitude) at the Front Range Invitational...finished second at that meet...also competed in the 1500-meter run...recorded a season-best time of 4:03.93 at the Arizona State Invitational...participated in the 800-meter and mile distances during the indoor season...ran the 800-meter race in 1:56.11a at the Air Force Invitational...finished the mile in 4:34.54a at the Air Force All-Comers Meet.
HIGH SCHOOL: Falcon High School...two-time Metro League cross country champion...Metro League champion in the 1600- and 800-meter events...also earned the regional championship (Colorado Springs area) title in those two events.
