    Falcons Conclude Action at All-Comers Meet

    Joey Uhle won the pole vault with the seventh-best clearance in Academy history.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Topeka High School...three-year competitor at the state cross country championships...finished 21st as a senior...four-time all-city selection...three-time team captain...recorded a personal-best time of 15.41...competed at the state track championships in 2009 (4x800-meter relay), 2011 (1600-meter run) and 2012 (1600-meter run, 3200-meter run)...all-city selection as a senior...two-time city champion in the 1600-meter run...clocked a career-best time of 5:25 at that distance...also competed on the swim team for four years...president of the Fellowship of Christian Students...member of the jazz band and marching band...competed at the state piano and state music festival competitor...finished within the top five-percent of graduating class...four-time High Honor Roll selection...member of the Student Government, National Honor Society, English Honor Society and the Quill and Scroll Literary Honor Society...posted an unweighted GPA of 3.93 (4.37 weighted).
