HIGH SCHOOL: Cy-Woods High School…member of the 4x100-meter relay that won the district title for Cy-Fair ISD in 2012…two-time regional finalist in the 100-meter dash…also played football…earned all-district honors as a junior and senior…member of two teams that advanced to the regional finals…member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Trent and Tovar Holmes…father played football and ran track at Nichols State University, before playing football for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Indianapolis Colts…has two siblings, including an older brother that plays linebacker for Houston Baptist University…nickname is Juice Holmes, Jr…majoring in management…future plans include owning a major sports facility and training the best athletes in all sports…attended the Academy’s Prep School…received the Commandant’s Pin in 2014…broke prep school records in the 100- and 200-meter sprints…hobbies include “beating everyone in Madden and NBA 2K”, listening to music and watching scary movies…favorite artists are Lil Yachty and Kodak Black…excellent freestyler…has had five surgeries…chose the Academy over Utah State, Northwestern, Western Michigan, Tulane, New Mexico and Penn…cousin Priest Holmes played football for the University of Texas and then the Kansas City Chiefs…has two other family members that have played collegiate athletics (Keith Nelson – baseball at Grambling State University; Dorion Nelson – football at the University of Arkansas)...member of Cadet Squadron 11.
