JUNIOR (2012): Recorded the team's third-fastest indoor 800-meter time at the Air Force Team Challenge...clocked a time of 1:53.14 (adjusted for altitude) to finish third at that meet...also earned a top-five finish in the 800 at the Air Force All-Comers Meet (1:55.13a)...ran on the distance medley relay that placed fourth (9:54.81a) at the New Mexico Classic...also competed in the mile at that meet, clocking a time of 4:29.46a...clocked a career-best outdoor time in the 800-meter run at the Arizona State Invitational (1:55.87)...competed in the 1500-meter run twice...posted a career-best time of 3:57.45a during a fourth-place performance at the Front Range Classic...also ran the outdoor distance medley relay that finished second at the Air Force Relays (10:14.45)...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Ran a leg of the distance medley relay that placed fourth at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships (10:00.99)...also ran on the squad that earned the same placement at the New Mexico Classic and finished second at the Air Force All-Comers Meet...clocked a personal-best 4:17.19a in the mile at the Air Force All-Comers Meet...that time was ranked fifth on the team...finished second in the 800-meter run at the Air Force Invitational with a career-best 1:54.81a...won the preliminary heat of that race...participated in the 800-meter run twice during the outdoor season...finished ninth at the Front Range Classic with a career-best 1:56.32a...clocked a career-best 4:05.70a at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...academic all-conference selection...MWC Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN (2010): Competed in the mile and 3000-meter races during the indoor season...clocked a career-best 4:37.18a at the Air Force Invitational...placed eighth with that time...posted a career-best 3000-meter time of 9:50.87a at the Don Barrett Duals...competed in the 1500-meter run on four occasions during the outdoor season...posted a personal-best 4:13.15a at the Colorado Invitational...also competed in the 800-meter run at that meet, clocking a time of 2:01.49a.

HIGH SCHOOL: Satellite High School...all-conference and all-state selection in track...graduated with a 4.0 un-weighted grade-point-average...was active in schools' science research and music programs.
