2002: Set a new Sophomore class record of 12:11.14a in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...that time was the second fastest mark on the team…posted a season-best time of 5:01.68a in the 1,500-meter run.

2001: Member of the distance medley relay team that set a school record (12:02.34) at the Penn State Invitational…posted a personal-best time in the 3000-meter run (10:22.72) at the Penn State Invitational… recorded her best time in the mile run (5:18.29a) at the Colorado Triangular...set a school steeplechase record (11:09.40) at the MWC Outdoor Championships…recorded a best time in 1,500-meter run (4:39.64a) at the Air Force Twilight Meet...member of the Air Force cross country Team...finished 23rd overall at the conference cross country championships... helped the Falcons to a third-place finish...2000: Was the Falcons' top freshman cross country runner...finished 21st in the conference and 51st in the mountain region...academic all-MWC.

HIGH SCHOOL: Recorded best times of 5:10 in the mile and 2:19 in the 4x800-meter...ran the 5,000-meter run in 19:53 at the state cross country meet...earned all-state honors in the 4X800-meter relay, finishing seventh...placed fourth in the mile at the Kirkwood Invite.
