JUNIOR (2012): Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Competed in the 100-meter dash and long jump during the outdoor season...recorded a career-best time of 11:25 at the Colorado Invitational...matched that time at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...ranked second on the team in the long jump...recorded a distance of 21'1¼" to finish eighth at the Colorado Invitational...competed in the 60-meter dash (7.08, Air Force Invitational) and 55-meter dash (6.65, Robert Shine Invitational) during the indoor season...finished third in the 55-meter dash.

FRESHMAN (2010): Competed in the 60-meter dash and long jump in four meets during the indoor season...clocked a career-best time of 7.07 in the preliminary round at the Air Force Invitational...finished 15th in the finals with a time of 7.23...recorded a personal-best long jump distance of 20'7¾" at the New Mexico Classic...competed once during the outdoor season...ran a leg of the 4x100-meter relay that placed fourth (42.65) at the Front Range Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Blue Springs South High School...lettered four years in track and three years in football...earned first-team all-state honors in football as a defensive back.

PERSONAL: Son of Tony and Marlo Strickland...nickname is "D-Train"...has one younger sister, Mariah...majoring in management...future plans include working in the acquisitions field...served as Drill and Ceremonies NCO...also served as Athletic Clerk...hobbies include sports, eating and sleeping...member of the Air Force football team...took aeronautical and astronautical engineering classes over the summer...member of Cadet Squadron 10.
