    FRESHMAN (2011): Competed in the 60-meter and 400-meter dashes during the indoor season...clocked a career-best 60-meter dash time of 8.60 at the Air Force All-Comers Meet...also clocked a time of 28.11 in the 200-meter dash at that meet...ran a career-best 1:04.52 in the 400-meter dash at the Don Barrett Duals...finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Robert Shine Invitational (1:05.78)...did not compete during the outdoor season.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Happy Hill Academy...competed at the Texas TAPPS state championships in the 100-meter dash and 400-meter dash as a senior...all-district selection in volleyball and soccer...served as team captain for both squads...finalist for the Christian Athlete award in the State of Texas as a junior...received the Carl Lewis Inspiration Award (from Carl Lewis himself) during senior year.

    PERSONAL: Majoring in law...future career plans include attending law school and becoming a JAG...hobbies include playing any sport for fun...nickname is "Shep"...only began competitive sports during junior year of high school...attended the Academy Prep School...named Female Athlete of the Year...became the first prep school athlete in three years to achieve a perfect 500 PFT on second try...member of the soccer team...was the school's first soccer team to be invited to the National Club Soccer Team...completed Global Engagement over the summer...also received Wings from the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) program...member of Cadet Squadron 15.
