FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Competed in the 3000-meter run during three meets (one indoor, two outdoor)...claimed a third-place finish at that distance in only indoor appearance (9:00.18, adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Team Challenge...posted a career-best outdoor time of 9:04.28a at the to finish fourth at the Air Force Twilight Open...competed in the 5000-meter run once, placing fourth at the Jack Christiansen Invitational in 15:31.53a.

HIGH SCHOOL: Jefferson High School...five-time all-state selection for track...placed third in both the mile and two-mile races at the 2013 state championship meet...also ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished second at the state meet and set a school record in that event the previous year...also earned all-state honors in cross country...served as captain of both the cross country and track teams during senior year.

PERSONAL: Full name is Ryan Thomas Graf...nickname is "Bucket"...son of Michael and Diane Graf...father is a retired Air Force weather officer, who currently works for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration...has one older brother, Eric, who competes in cross country and track at the University of Oklahoma...majoring in economics...future plans include working in the contracting or financial management fields...hobbies include running, hanging out with friends and ultimate Frisbee...would like to add that "I am very thankful for my mom and dad, my biggest fans, who taught me to always pursue my dreams and to never give up"...completed Expeditionary Survival and Evasion Training (ESET) and Commissioning Education over the summer...also took a political science class...member of Cadet Squadron 27.
