SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014-15: Competed in the 3000-meter run during three indoor meets...clocked a personal-best time of 8:27.41 at the Tyson Invitational...earned a runner-up finish in that event at the Air Force Collegiate Open (8:41.34, adjusted for altitude)...clocked a personal-best time of 4:19.26a to finish second in the mile at the Air Force Invitational...competed in the three different distances during the outdoor season...finished second in the 3000-meter run at the Air Force Twilight Open (8:48.52a)...also competed in the 1500-meter run (4:04.50a, Jerry Quiller Classic) and 5000-meter run (14:58.55, Aztec Invitational).

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Competed in the 3000-meter run during three meets (one indoor, two outdoor)...claimed a third-place finish at that distance in only indoor appearance (9:00.18, adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Team Challenge...posted a career-best outdoor time of 9:04.28a at the to finish fourth at the Air Force Twilight Open...competed in the 5000-meter run once, placing fourth at the Jack Christiansen Invitational in 15:31.53a.

HIGH SCHOOL: Jefferson High School...five-time all-state selection for track...placed third in both the mile and two-mile races at the 2013 state championship meet...also ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished second at the state meet and set a school record in that event the previous year...also earned all-state honors in cross country...served as captain of both the cross country and track teams during senior year.

PERSONAL: Full name is Ryan Thomas Graf...nickname is “Bucket”...son of Michael and Diane Graf...father is a retired Air Force weather officer, who currently works for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration...has one older brother, Eric, who competes in cross country and track at the University of Georgia...majoring in economics...future plans include becoming an acquisitions or contracting officer...served as Group Transition NCO...hobbies include “sliding into the DMs, going to sleep early and getting rear-ended on the highway”...completed Operation Air Force at Travis AFB, Calif., over the summer...also worked Basic Cadet Training and took an academic class (History 300)...member of Cadet Squadron 17.
