Joey Uhle won the pole vault with the seventh-best clearance in Academy history.
The meet will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Cadet Field House.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2013-14: Competed in the triple jump during 16 meets...scored for the Falcons at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, after clearing a season-best 39'2¼" to finish eighth...was the runner-up in that even at the Air Force Holiday Open (37'11¼")...added top-five finishes at the Air Force Invitational (third), Air Force All-Comers Meet (fourth), Air Force Team Challenge (fifth) and Air Force Collegiate Open (fifth)...competed in the long jump once during the indoor season, recording a distance of 16'7¾" at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge...recorded a season-best outdoor distance of 38'2" to finish fifth at the Ward Haylett Invitational...won the triple jump at the Air Force Twilight Open with a wind-aided mark of 38'0"...added a pair of runner-up finishes at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (37'10¾") and Jim Click Shootout (wind-aided 39'1")...added top-four finishes at the Jack Christiansen Invitational (third) and Air Force Relays (fourth)...participated in the long just at the Jack Christiansen Invitational, recording a wind-aided distance of 16'8½"...academic all-conference selection.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2012-13: Earned the team's Newcomer of the Year award...recorded the second-best indoor triple jump distance in Academy history, as well as the fourth-best outdoor durance...recorded a career-best indoor mark of 39'7¼" during a fifth-place performance at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...earned runner-up finishes during the indoor season at the Air Force Holiday Open (38'2¼") and Air Force All-Comers Meet (37'6")...competed in the long jump during four indoor meets, recording a career-best mark of 17'6" at the Air Force Invitational...earned a career-best outdoor triple jump distance of 39'4½" at the Beach Invitational...competed in the long jump once outdoors, collecting a distance of 16'2½" at the Air Force Triangular...also ran on several relays for the Falcons during the outdoor season...earned "Standout" distinction from the team on three occasions.
