Due to an injury did not compete during the outdoor season. 2000: Earned all-conference honors at the MWC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase by placing third... personal best time (9:03.76a) placed him fourth on the USAFA all-time list... member of the indoor all-conference distance medley team... was the steeplechase champion at the Lobo Relays... finished 15th in the 2000 MWC Cross Country Championships... finished 18th at NCAA Mountain Regionals, earned all-region honors... earned MWC athlete of the week (Sept 18)... personal best was eighth at the Woody Green Invitational in Nebraska... best time was 25:36. 1999: Named Co-Newcomer of the Year... also ran at the USA Junior Nationals track meet, placing fifth in steeplechase.
