    SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2012-13: CoSIDA-Capital One Academic All-American...ran the leadoff leg of the distance medley relay team that captured the conference title at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...all-conference honoree...recorded the fifth-fastest indoor 800-meter time (2:12.56, adjusted for altitude) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic...won the 1000-meter run at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational (2:55.29)...competed in the mile once during the indoor season (5:14.38a, Air Force All-Comers Meet)...scored for the Falcons in the 1500-meter run at the MW Outdoor Championships, placing eighth with a time of 4:33.36...clocked a career-best time of 4:31.28 during the conference preliminary heat...competed in the 800-meter run twice during the outdoor season...clocked a career-best time of 2:14.69 at the Arizona State Invitational...received the team's Most Improved Award...earned "Standout" distinction from the team on four occasions...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete...academic all-district selection (first team)...only sophomore to be named to the CoSIDA-Capital One Academic All-America Team.
