    SOPHOMORE (2011): Led the team in the outdoor 3000-meter run...clocked a career-best 8:46.82 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational...posted a career-best time of 14:56.74a at the Jack Christiansen Invitational during the outdoor season...ran a personal-best 8:52.40a in the indoor 3000-meter run at the Don Barrett Duals to finish fifth...clocked a career-best 5000-meter time of 15:23.92a to claim the same placement at the Air force Invitational...also ran the mile at the Air Force All-Comers Meet (4:28.33a)...academic all-conference selection.

    FRESHMAN (2010): Competed in the 3000-meter race during two meets during the outdoor season...posted a career-best time of 9:13.79 to place seventh at the Front Range Classic...also competed in the 1500-meter run at the Tom Benich Classic, crossing the finish line in 4:22.27...competed in the mile (4:32.41 adjusted for altitude, Don Barrett Duals), 3000-meter run (9:22.26a, Air Force All-Comers Meet) and 5000-meter run (15:55.63, Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational) during the indoor season.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Zama American High School (Camp Zama, Japan)...two-time Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DODDS) Far-East cross country champion...two-time Kanto Plains Association of Secondary School Principals (KPASSP) cross country champion...2009 USATF All-American for cross country...two-time KPASSP champion in the 3200/3000...2008 KPASSP champion in the 1500-meter ran...was an all-state (Florida) cross country selection in 2006...member of the National Honor Society...served as vice president of the ZHS Keystone Club.

    PERSONAL: Full name is Andrew Jonathan Quallio...son of Richard and Sharon Quallio...both parents are in the military...has two younger sisters, Selina and Miranda...majoring in mechanical engineering...future plans include becoming a C-130 pilot...named to the Superintendent's List for excellence in military, academic and athletic performance...served as 2011 BCT Cadre and Squadron Safety NCO...hobbies include exercising, paintball and snowboarding...spent the summer completing Operation Air Force in Germany, visiting many of the Air Force bases located near Kaiserslautern...also visited Paris and Verdun in France, as well as the City of Mainz, Germany...earned all-conference honors at the 2011 Mountain West Cross Country Championships...member of Cadet Squadron 03.
