    2006: Earned the team's Laura Piper `Ironman' Award...entered the Academy record books in five events...crushed the program's 100-meter hurdles record at the Colorado Invitational...won the event with a time of 13.77...that shattered the Academy's 21-year-old record and was an NCAA qualifying time...ran the last leg of the shuttle hurdles relay team that broke the Academy record at the Drake Relays...team clocked a time of 61.62...won the high jump at the Potts Invitational with a jump of 5'3¾"...in addition to the 100-meter hurdles, led the team in the 200-meter dash, long jump and heptathlon...ran a season-best 200-meter time of 25.87 at the Mt. SAC/Cal Hepthathlon...also tallied a season-best 4576 points at that meet...that total is a new Junior Class record and the second-most points in Academy history...recorded a team-leading distance of 18'1" in the long jump at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships...that mark is fifth on the program's all-time list...is the second on the team in the 800-meter run (2:45.54), high jump (5'3") and shot put (41'5¼")...shot put mark is the sixth-best distance in Academy history...was a three-time honoree of the team's Track Athlete of the Week award...also earned the Falcons' Field Athlete of the Week...redshirted the indoor season...selected as captain for the 2007 team

    2005: Earned the Mountain West Conference Sportsmanship Award for Track and Field...shattered the Academy's pentathlon record at the MWC Indoor Championships...tallied 3586 points to break the previous total by 350 points...finished sixth in the multi-event meet with that total...finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the MWC Championships with a time of 8.63...hurdles time is the second-best in Academy history...set new Sophomore Class records in the pentathlon and 60-meter hurdles... named the team's Field Athlete of the Week following the conference meet...also led the team in the long jump with a distance of 17'10¼"...ranked second on the team in the high jump with a height of 5'1"...ranked third on the team in the 200-meter dash (27.06) fourth on the team in the 60-meter dash (8.09) and ninth in the shot put (41'2¼")...did not compete in the outdoor season... selected as a captain for the 2006 season

    2004: Named Newcomer of the Week at the All-Comers Meet, Outstanding Competitor at the Wyoming Triangular and Clutch Performer at the KT Woodman Classic...repeated Newcomer of the Week honors at the Glenn Morris Heptathlon (GMH) after setting personal-best marks in five events...ran a career-best 60-meter hurdles time of 8.81 at the Air Force Open, which is the second-best time in Academy history...team-leading 14.62 in the 100-meter hurdles at the GMH is the third-best time in Academy history...scored 4282 heptathlon at the GMH...time is fourth in program history...ranked second on the team in the high jump (5'0¼") and long jump (16'8¾")

    HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time New Jersey Group 2 state champion in the 55-meter hurdles and 100-meter hurdles...New Jersey Group 2 state champion in the high jump (1998)...three-time All-South jersey outdoor team honoree...two-time All-South Jersey indoor team honoree...ranked fifth in the state in the 100-meter hurdles as a senior

    PERSONAL: Parents are Yvonne and Carl Bagby and Darryl Poland...has one older brother Derrell (27) and one younger sister DeAnna (21)...a social science major...future plans include becoming a contracting officer within the Air Force.....USAFA Fitness Club competitor...earned a Commandant's Pin and Athletic Director's Pin...hobbies include drawing... was a member of the Air Force junior varsity volleyball team as a freshman...attended the Academy's Prep School...transferred from Seton Hall...spent 1999-2000 as a member of the SHU outdoor track and field team.
