2006: Moved into fourth on the Academy's all-time 3000-meter steeplechase list with a time of 11:22.82...clocked that time with a third-place finish at the Spring Break Classic...earned the team's Track Athlete of the Week award following that meet...also ran the 5000 meters during the outdoor season...picked up a season-best 18:36.20 (adjusted for altitude) at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships...that was the second-best on the team...posted the second-best time of the season in the 5000-meter run (18:35.56a) at the Mountain West Conference Championships...also set a season-best 3000-meter run time of 10:49.18a at the conference meet

2005: Was the Falcons' only competitor in the 5000-meter run during the indoor season...clocked a time of 20:06.28a at the Air Force Invitational...also competed in the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:47.80a (converted for track size)...clocked the second-best time on the team in the 3000-meter steeplechase during the outdoor season...ran the event in 12:30.15a at the conference championships

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed fourth at the Pennsylvania state AAA cross country championships...posted personal-best times of 5:05 in the 1600-meters and 10:48.8 in the 3200-meters
