JUNIOR (2011): Earned the program's MVP award...also received the Gail Conway Performance Award...finished second in the javelin throw at the Mountain West Conference Championships (season-best 146'6")...also finished fourth in the discus throw (160'1"), sixth in the shot put (45'11") and ninth in the hammer throw (career-best 170'0") at that meet...improved hammer throw distance by nearly eight feet during the conference meet...that hammer throw distance is ranked fifth on the program's all-time list...recorded the third-best discus throw in Academy history (165'0") to place third at the Mt. SAC Relays...that mark was a personal improvement of 12 feet...won the discus throw at the Stanford Invitational (160'4"), bettering the field by six feet...also won the discus at the UC Irvine Spring Break Invitational...finished first in the shot put (48'0") and was the top collegiate finisher in the javelin throw (142'8") at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...that shot put throw was the third-best distance in Academy history...qualified for the NCAA national semifinals in the discus throw and javelin throw...finished 24th in the discus throw (154'5") at the NCAA West meet...moved into second on the program's all-time list in the indoor shot put with a throw of 48'5½"...used that distance to finish second at the Air Force Invitational...recorded the third-best weight throw mark in program history (56'1¾") to finish eighth at the MWC Indoor Championships...also scored for the Falcons (sixth) in the shot at the conference meet...won the shot put (47'6¼") and the top collegiate finisher in the weight throw (51'7¼") at the Air Force All-Comers Meet...was the top collegiate finisher in the weight throw at the New Mexico Classic (54'10")...earned the team's Field Athlete of the Week award three times during the indoor season and three times during the outdoor season...named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team (second team)...USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection...academic all-conference selection...served as team captain.
SOPHOMORE (2010): Qualified to the NCAA Semifinals in the javelin throw...received the team's Laura Piper Ironman Award...threw a career-best 52'3¾" in the weight throw at the Don Barrett Duals...that throw is the sixth-best distance in Academy history...finished second in the shot put, discus throw and javelin throw at the Military Championship...recorded a career-best 153'4" in the discus throw at that meet...that throw is the fifth-best toss in Academy history...also moved into 10th in the program's hammer throw standings...threw a 143'5" at the Sun Angel Classic...finished fourth in the discus throw and eighth in the shot put at the MWC Championships...tossed a season-high 45'8½" in the shot put to score for the Falcons at the conference meet...added a season-best distance of 145'11" in the javelin throw at the Sun Angel Classic...ranked 45th in the nation with that throw...earned the team's Field Athlete of the Week award once during the indoor season...also earned the honor once during the outdoor season...USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree...academic all-conference selection.
FRESHMAN (2009): Shared the program's Newcomer of the Year award...qualified to the NCAA Regional Championships in the javelin throw...all-conference selection in that event...posted a team-best third-place distance of 151'4" at that meet...that mark is a Freshman Class record and the fifth-best throw in Academy history...placed 16th at the regional championship meet with a throw of 132'3"...placed 14th in the javelin throw (127'11") at the USTF Junior National Championships...also threw a career-best 46'8¼" in the shot put and a 146'7" in the discus throw at that meet...that shot put distance is the second-best of the season and the third-best in Academy history...the distance in the discus throw is the 10th-best in the program record book...finished within the top-five of the javelin (second), discus (third) and shot put (fifth) at the Missouri Tom Botts Invitational...posted a season-best indoor shot put of 45'7¼" to finish sixth at the conference championships...that distance was the second-best on the team...academic all-conference selection...earned the program's Field Athlete of the Week award on two occasions.
