    JUNIOR (2012): Mountain West champion and Academy record-holder in the 1500-meter run...became the first Air Force female to win a conference title in an individual running event...member of the distance medley relay team that won the MW title with an Academy record time...two-time all-conference selection...competed in the 1500-meter run at the NCAA West Preliminary Round...received the program's Gail Conway Performance Award...clocked a program-record time of 4:23.74 (adjusted for altitude) to win the conference title...that time broke the previous record that had stood since 1983...that time was also a Junior Class Record...moved into sixth on the program's all-time list in the outdoor 800-meter run...posted a career-best time of 2:11.02 at the Beach Invitational...competed on the 4x400-meter relay team that scored for the Falcons at the MW Outdoor Championships...ran on the 4x800-meter relay (9:13.04) and distance medley relay (11:50.86) teams that posted the second-fastest times in Academy history at the Drake Relays...ran the third leg of the DMR that took first at the MW Indoor Championships in a time of 11:49.26a...that mark broke the previous record that had stood since 2003...also scored for the Falcons at the conference meet as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that posted the second-fastest time in program history (3:50.76)...clocked an indoor-best 800-meter time of 2:14.39 at the Husky Classic...won the 1000-meter run (2:58.33) at the Nebraska Wesleyan Open...earned a pair of top-five finishes in the 600-meter run, highlighted by a third-place time of 1:34.17 at the New Mexico Classic...also competed in the 400-meter dash at the Air Force All-Comers Meet, placing fifth in 1:00.04.

    SOPHOMORE (2011): Set the Academy record in the 1000-meter run...clocked 2:54.62 at the Nebraska adidas Classic to finish second in the race and break Air Force's 30-year-old record in that event...also clocked the second fastest 800-meter indoor time in Academy history at the Husky Classic...clocked a time of 2:10.77 to finish fourth at that meet...named the team's Track Athlete of the Week following that meet...won the 600-meter run at the New Mexico Classic with a time of 1:35.46...that mark is an Albuquerque Convention Center record...placed fifth in the 800-meter run at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships...finished second in the mile at the Don Barrett Duals with a career-best time of 5:01.60a...that time was ranked second on the team...cut over one second off of career-best outdoor 800-meter time (2:13.11) at the Stanford Invitational...that time is the seventh-fastest mark in Academy history...ran a leg of the 4x400-meter outdoor relay team that posted the program's fourth-fastest time ever (3:50.89) at the MWC Championships to finish sixth...also ran on the relay team that won the Jack Christiansen Invitational...competed in the 1500-meter run at three meets...clocked a career-best 4:38.78 at the Mt. SAC Relays.

    FRESHMAN (2010): Set a new Front Range Classic meet record in the 800-meter run with a winning time of 2:15.32...that time, converted to 2:14.56 with altitude, is the ninth-fastest 800-meter time in Academy history...also rank the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that accounted for the third-best time in Academy history (3:45.05) at the Mountain West Conference Championships...ran a leg of the 4x400-meter relay that won the Military Championships (3:54.12)...also finished fourth in the 800-meter run (2:17.27) at that meet...also competed in the 1500-meter run during the outdoor season...ranked second on team with 4:44.26 that was recorded at Mt. SAC Relays...moved into eighth on the program's indoor 800-meter list...clocked a time of 2:15.43 (converted for altitude) at the New Mexico Classic...also ran the second leg of the indoor 4x400-meter relay team that recorded the fifth-fastest time in Academy history (3:54.82)...finished second in the 600-meter run (1:36.72) at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational...received the team's Track Athlete of the Week award once during the indoor season.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Mullen High School...placed fourth in the 800-meter run at the 2007 Colorado 4A state track and field championships...recorded a time of 2:18.28 at that meet...set a personal-best time of 2:17.79 in the 800-meter run...placed 13th at the state 4A cross country championships in 2008.
