    JUNIOR (2009): Recorded the second-best pentathlon score in Academy history...collected a career-best 3,365 points to place fifth at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships...that total is a Junior Class record...ran the leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that recorded the fourth-fastest time in program history (3:54.59c) at the conference meet...led the team in the high jump with a season-best clearance of 5'3"...recorded the squad's second-best mark in the long jump (17'4¾")...finished second at the Air Force Combined Events Meet...moved into fourth in the program's heptathlon record book...recorded 4,413 points to finish fifth at the conference outdoor championships...that score is also a new Junior Class record...also scored for the Falcons in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference meet...recorded season-best, team-leading time of 64.09 to place eighth at that meet...recorded the team's second-best marks in the 100-meter hurdles (15.28), high jump (5'2½") and long jump (16'6") ...earned the team's Track Athlete of the Week award once during the outdoor season.

    SOPHOMORE (2008): Moved from seventh to second on the program's all-time list with a pentathlon total of 3,306 at the Mountain West Conference Championships...moved into fourth on the all-time list with a heptathlon total of 4,441...that total is a new Sophomore Class record...also set a Sophomore Class record in the 400-meter hurdles (62.94)...that time is the fourth fastest in Academy history...also moved into eighth on the Academy's triple jump list with a distance of 37'1¼"...ran the last leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that posted the second-best time in program history...also ran a leg of the 4x400-meter relay that clocked the season's fastest time at 3:56.78...led the team during the outdoor season in the high jump and long jump...ranked second on the team in the 100-meter hurdles...during the indoor season, led the team on the high jump and triple jump...ranked second on the team in the long jump, 60-meter hurdles and 800-meter run...ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked the team's fastest time of the season...earned the team's Field Athlete of the Week award once during both the indoor and outdoor seasons...also earned the team's Track Athlete of the Week award during the indoor season.

    FRESHMAN (2007): Moved into sixth on the Academy's all-time heptathlon standings...tallied a career-best 4343 at the Mountain West Conference championships to finish ninth...led the team on the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.73...ranked second on the team in the 400-meter hurdles (15.73), high jump (5'3¼") and triple jump (35'3¼") during the outdoor season...ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that posted a season-best time of 3:55.78 at the MWC Championships...that time was also the ninth-best in Academy history...moved into two top-10 rankings during the indoor season...tallied a career-best pentathlon total of 2798 at the Air Force Invitational to rank seventh on the all-time list...recorded the eighth-best triple jump distance in Academy history (36'10½") at the Air Force All-Comers Meet...ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked the 10th-fastest time in Academy history (4:00.81 adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Invitational...won the team's Track Athlete of the Week twice during the outdoor season and the program's Field Athlete of the Week award once during the indoor season.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the track and diving teams...four-year all-conference selection in track and field...earned all-conference diving honors as a senior...four-year Nic-9 Scholar-Athlete...member of the National Honor Society.
