    2003: Ran a leg of the distance medley relay team that finished third at the MWC Indoor Championships…also participated in the mile relay team that finished sixth at the conference championships…member of the shuttle-hurdles relay team that set a new school record at the Drake Relays…ran a leg of the 4X400-meter relay team that finished seventh at the MWC Outdoor Championships…established a new Sophomore class record of 63.53 in the 400-meter hurdles, which ranks fifth on the USAFA all-time list.

    2002: Earned "Newcomer of the Week" honors for her 67.11 effort in the 400-meter hurdles at the quadrangular meet against Colorado, Wyoming and Northern Colorado…established a seasonal-best time of 66.43 in the 400-meter hurdles at the MWC Outdoor Championship meet, good for ninth on school's all-time list.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in track and two in volleyball and soccer…won the district title in the 300-meter hurdles and placed second in the 100-meter hurdles…finished second in the state in the 300-meter hurdles…soccer team won state title during senior year, while her volleyball team finished fourth.

    PERSONAL: Parents are Paul and Andra Maffey…she is the sixth of eight children…enjoys traveling, water and snow skiing.
