    2006: Earned the team's Brett Hyde Award for Drive and Determination...moved up the Academy record books in four events during the indoor and outdoor seasons...ran a 21.34 in the outdoor 200-meter dash at the Colorado Invitational...that matches the fourth-best time in Academy history...clocked a 400-meter dash time of 46.90 at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships to move to fifth on the all-time list...was the top collegiate finisher in the 400-meter dash at the Spring Break Classic and Colorado Invitational...clocked 21.88 in the indoor 200-meter dash at the Albuquerque Invitational...that is the sixth-best time in Academy history...won that meet and earned the team's Track Athlete of the Week award following the Albuquerque meet...also picked up a team-leading 47.64 in the indoor 400-meter dash at the Alex Wilson Invitational...that is the seventh-best time in program history...was a member of the team's top relay teams during the indoor season...ran the final leg of both relay teams in the outdoor season...also a member of the sprint medley relay team that finished second at the Drake Relays...selected as a captain for the 2007 season

    2005: Earned the team's Most Improved award after improving times in three events... selected as the team's Track Athlete of the Week on two occasions...recorded the second-fastest times on the team in the indoor 200-meter dash (22.58) and 400-meter dash (49.39)...ran the final leg of the mile relay team that finished fourth at the Mountain West Conference Championships in a time of 3:20.26... led the team during the outdoor season in the 400-meter dash, clocking a career-best time of 47.71 at the MWC Outdoor Championships...also ranked second on the team in the 200-meter dash (21.65) and fourth in the 100-meter dash (11.22)...placed fourth at the MWC Outdoor Championships in the 200-meter dash (21.65) and 400-meter dash (47.71)...ran the final leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third at the conference meet...selected as a captain for the 2006 season

    2004: Recorded a season-best time of 22.68 in the indoor 200-meter dash at the All-Comers meet...also clocked a personal-best 400-meter indoor dash time of 50.31 at the Air Force Open...ran the 400-meter dash in 49.64, which was the second-best time on the team...recorded an outdoor 200-meter dash time of 22.26 - the third-best time on the team...earned Newcomer of the Week honors following a fifth-place finish at the meet with Colorado State and Wyoming...repeated the honor after setting personal-best marks in the 200- and 400-meter dashes at the Jack Christiansen Invitational
