    2003: Posted a season-best mark of 150’10" in the discus throw…earned team's weekly "Breakthrough Performance" award for setting two personal best at the triangular meet at Wyoming with Colorado State.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner in track… placed fifth in the 3A discus as a junior and finished fourth as a senior…three-year letter winner in football and earned all-state and all-conference honors as a lineman.

    PERSONAL: Son of Deanna Lizzol…has one sister named Anna…nickname is Buddy…hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading and playing video games…majoring in behavioral science-human factors…plans to work as a behavioral scientist within the Air Force…credits his father, Steven Lizzol, for having the greatest influence on his life and in his athletic career.
