JUNIOR YEAR | 2015-16: Competed in four different events...clocked a career-best 3000-meter time of 8:20.88 to finish third at the Tyson Invitational...earned the same placement in the mile at the Air Force Team Challenge (career-best 4:14.27, adjusted for altitude)...participated in the 5000-meter run during both the indoor and outdoor seasons...posted a season-best time of 14:56.13 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...closed out season with only 1500-meter appearance...clocked a career-best time of 3:51.13a to finish second at the Air Force Twilight Open...academic all-conference selection.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014-15: Competed in the 5000-meter run during three outdoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 14:27.72 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...won that event at the Aztec Invitational (14:41.87)...also raced at 1500 meters twice, posting a personal-best 3:54.11 at the Rock Chalk Classic...ran the mile during two indoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 4:17.46 (adjusted for altitude) to win the Air Force Invitational...participated in the 3000-meter run at the Tyson Invitational, clocking a personal-best time of 8:33.51 to finish seventh...academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Participated in the 1500-meter run during three meets...posted a career-best time of 3:56.98 at the Aztec Invitational, finishing 14th in the Invitational section...competed in the 800-meter run once, clocking a time of 1:58.09 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Twilight Open...ran on the 4x800-meter relay that clocked a time of 7:49.44 at the Drake Relays...competed in the mile during two indoor meets...posted a career-best time of 4:26.43a at the Air Force Collegiate Open...academic all-conference selection.

HIGH SCHOOL: Santa Margarita Catholic High School...earned all-county track and field honors as a junior...five-time all-Trinity League first-team selection...holds school record in the 1600-meter run...five-time CIF qualifier...three-year captain for both the cross country and track and field teams...two-time MVP for cross country...named Santa Margarita Male Athlete of the Year...recorded personal-best times of 1:56.02 (800-meter run), 4:14.93 (1600-meter run) and 15:07 (three-mile run)...AP Scholar...member of the National Honor Society.
