SOPHOMORE (2012): Debuted in 10th on the program's all-time list in the 10,000-meter run...clocked a career-best time of 30:00.27 (adjusted for altitude) to finish sixth at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships...won the 5000-meter run twice during the outdoor season...finished first at the Air Force Relays (14:47.00a) and at the Jack Christiansen Invitational (15:04.82a)...scored for the Falcons in the 5000-meter run at the MW Indoor Championships (career-best 14:33.17a, seventh)...finished second in that event at the Nebraska adidas Classic (14:47.18)...competed in the mile twice...posted a personal-best 4:21.21a at the Air Force Team Challenge...ran the 3000-meter run at the conference meet, clocking a career-best time of 8:34.57a.
FRESHMAN (2011): Won the indoor 5000-meter run at the Nebraska adidas Invitational...clocked a time of 15:08.15 at that meet...that time ranked fifth on the team...competed in the mile during two indoor races...clocked a career-best 4:27.65 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Invitational...finished third in the 10,000-meter run (career-best 31:07.73) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...that time ranked second on the team...also competed in the 5000-meter run twice during the outdoor season...posted a career-best 14:42.72a to finish third at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...participated in the 1500-meter run at the CSU-Pueblo Invitational, clocking a time of 4:05.98...earned the team's Newcomer of the Week award once during the indoor season and once during the outdoor season.
