JUNIOR YEAR | 2014-15: Named the program’s Most Valuable Athlete...claimed All-America (Honorable Mention) status in the 10,000-meter run after finishing 21st at the national meet...broke four Academy records, including three that had stood for at least 24 years...won the 10,000-meter run at the NCAA Championships (West Preliminary) to qualify to the national finals...clocked an Academy-record time of 34:23.41 at that meet...paced the 48-runner field by more than two seconds...initially broke Air Force’s 24-year-old record at that distance in first career 10K at the Stanford Invitational (34:31.48)...also reset the program record in the 5000-meter run twice during the outdoor season...shattered the previous 25-year-old record at the Drake Relays, clocking a third-place time of 16:23.91...earned the team’s annual Gail Conway Outstanding Performance Award for that race...also ran the anchor leg of the Falcons’ distance medley relay (12:07.15) at that meet...improved own 5000-meter run at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 16:22.69 to finish fourth...competed in the 1500-meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays (4:36.78)...set two Academy records during the indoor season...registered a program-best time of 16:32.84 (adjusted for altitude) to finish third at the MW Indoor Championships...earned the program’s first all-conference selection at that distance since 2001...that time took 15 seconds off of an Academy record that had stood for 24 years...broke the program’s two-year-old record in the 3000-meter run the following day, clocking a career-best time of 9:37.07a to finish fourth at the conference meet...added a top-four finish in the 5000-meter run in the Invitational field of the Tyson Invitational (fourth, 16:56.18)...competed in the mile once indoors, posting a time of 5:02.50a at the New Mexico Invitational...was the High Scorer of the women’s team...earned the Air Force Athlete of the Week award on three occasions...also honored with the team’s Track Athlete of the Week award three times.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2013-14: Impacted the program’s record book in three events...all-conference honoree...clocked the third-fastest outdoor 5000-meter time in Air Force history (16:55.43) at the Drake Relays...that time is also a Sophomore Class Record...first debuted on the program’s all-time list following a 17:05.91-performance at the Stanford Invitational...earned the team’s Track Athlete of the Week award following that meet...ran the 1500-meter run twice, posting a career-best time of 4:38.48 at the Mt. SAC Relays...earned all-conference honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that finished third at the conference meet...anchored the squad that accounted for the fourth-fastest time in Academy history (11:53.09, adjusted for altitude) during that meet...accounted for the program’s eighth-fastest 3000-meter time (10:02.61a) during a runner-up finish at the New Mexico Invitational...competed in the mile once, finishing second at the Air Force All-Comers Meet in 5:07.66a...earned the team’s Most Improved Track Athlete award.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2012-13: Competed in three different events during the outdoor season, including the 5000-meter run at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (17:50.10)...ran in the 1500-meter run on three occasions...clocked a career-best time of4:39.36 (adjusted for altitude) at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...made 800-meter debut at the Beach Invitational (2:18.90)...ran on the distance medley relay that won the Air Force Relays (12:47.22)...competed in a pair of events at the MW Indoor Championships, including debut in the 3000-meter run (10:17.32)...clocked a career-best mile time of 5:05.82a at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic...ran the 800-meter run twice, posting a career-best time of 2:22.44a at the Air Force Invitational.

MAJOR CROSS COUNTRY HIGHLIGHTS: All-American...earned the women’s first-ever Division I accolade after placing 22nd (20:15.5) at the 2015 NCAA Championships...named the USTFCCCA Mountain Region Female Runner of the Year as a senior, becoming the first cadet-athlete in Academy history to earn that distinction...won the 2015 Mountain Regional, after finishing more than 10 seconds ahead of the rest of the 127-runner field (20:45.42)...two-time all-region selection (2013, 2015)...three-time all-conference first-team honoree (2013, 2014, 2015)...is the only runner in Air Force women’s history to earn first-team status at the Mountain West Championships...placed third as a senior, seventh as a junior and fifth as a sophomore...became the first runner in Academy history to earn the USTFCCCA National Runner of the Week award...received that honor after opening the 2015 season with a victory at the Colorado State Invitational...also earned MW Runner of the Week honors following that meet...first claimed a weekly conference award in 2013, becoming the only member of the women’s program to earn a weekly MW award twice in a career...holds Air Force Division I records in the 4200-meter (14:53.30), 5000-meter (17:10.00) and 6000-meter (19:50.20) distances...recorded the program’s top-three DI times in the 6K as a senior...was the Falcons’ top finisher in every competition since first meet of sophomore year (15 total).

HIGH SCHOOL: Liberty High School...two-time Gazette Girls Cross Country Athlete of the Year (2010, 2011)...four-time 5A state qualifier in cross country...finished second at the 2011 state championship meet...also placed fourth in 2010...finished fifth at the 2010 NXN Southwest Regionals with a personal-best time of 17:53 (5K)...was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that won the 2011 Colorado 5A Track and Field Championships...finished fourth in the 3200-meter run in 2011...placed fifth in that race as a senior...clocked a career-best time of 11:02 at that meet...clocked a personal-best 1600-meter time of 5:05 to finish ninth at the 2012 state championship meet...two-time Liberty High School Cross Country Athlete of the Year (2009, 2011)...2012 LHS Athlete of the Year...lettered four years in cross country and four years in track and field...named to the Academic Honor Roll all eight semesters...recipient of the Order of the Crest Award, which honors students who earn a letter in a varsity sport, a letter in a club/activity and a letter in academics.
