    2003: Earned "Newcomer of the Week" honors for his personal-best time in the mile run at the Air Force Classic...registered season-best times of 4:00.65 in the outdoor 1,500-meter run and 8:32.77 in the indoor 3,000-meter run...academic all-MWC team member.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Finished second in the 1,600-meter run (4:18.62) at the North Carolina State 4A Championships...placed third at the state high school championships in the 3,200-meter run....registered a personal-best time of 9:22.25 in the 3,200-meter run...finished second at the North Carolina State 4A Cross Country Championships.
