2007: Posted the team's second-fastest time in the outdoor 800-meter run (1:53.66) to finish second at the Military Classic...was part of an Air Force sweep of the top spots in that event...ran a leg of the distance medley relay that finished ninth at the Drake Relays...clocked a season-best indoor time in that distance (2:00.94) at the Air Force Invitational...also competed in the 400-meter dash...clocked a time of 52.23 during the outdoor season after recording a mark of 52.55 during the indoor season.

2006: Ran the opening leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that set a new Academy record (7:27.37) at the Drake Relays...that time crushed the previous record by nearly 10 seconds...moved to fourth on the Academy's all-time 800-meter run records after clocking a time of 1:49.93 (adjusted for altitude) at the MWC Championships...that time was a NCAA regional qualifying time...posted the team's third-best 1500-meter time (3:53.68a) at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...clocked the second-best 800-meter run time on the team during the indoor season, recording 1:53.93a at the Albuquerque Invitational...won the 800-meter dash at the Air Force Invitational.

2005: Led the squad in the outdoor 800-meter run with a time of 1:51.25a... claimed that time at the MWC Outdoor Championships, picking up a seventh-place finish...that time is the eighth-best mark in Academy history and a new Freshman Class record...clocked a season-best time of 3:54.05a in the 1500-meter run at the Don Kirby Invitational...member of the two-mile relay team that crossed the finish line in 7:56.86 at the Air Force Classic...also competed in the 800-meter (2:03.54a), mile (4:27.06a) and 3000-meter (9:14.86a) runs during the indoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-state honors in both track and cross country as a senior...also claimed all-league and all-section honors in both sports during senior year...finished fourth in the 1600-meter run and eighth in the 800-meter run at state championships as a senior...fifth-place finisher at the D2 cross country meet...has a best time of 4:13.39 in the 1600-meter run and 1:52.84 in the 800-meter run...named Scholar Athlete of the Year as a senior.

PERSONAL: Son of Cal and Esther an only child...both parents are enlisted security force personnel...majoring in behavioral science - human factors engineering...hopes to become a pilot and eventually serve as the Commandant of Cadets...named to the Athletic Director's and Commandant's Lists...hobbies include hanging out with the guys on the team and doing pretty much anything...will serve as the Wing Director of Standardization and Evaluations in Spring 2008...has also served as Flight NCO, Element Leader and PEER Counselor...was a participant at the AETC Summer Leadership program...member of the Air Force cross country team...named MWC Runner of the Week during senior cross country season.
