JUNIOR (2012): Ran anchor leg of the distance medley relay team that won the conference title at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...finished third in the 1500-meter run at the MW Outdoor Championships...two-time all-conference selection...participated in the 1500 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships...earned the program's Callie Calhoun Award for Drive and Determination for the second straight season...member of the DMR that finished first at the conference meet with an Academy record time of 11:49.26 (adjusted for altitude)...that time broke a mark that had stood since 2003...moved into fourth on the program's all-time list in the 3000-meter run after clocking a time of 9:54.16a at the conference meet...won the 1000-meter run (3:04.71) at the Air Force Blue-Silver Open...clocked a season-best time of 3:01.59 at that distance at the Nebraska Wesleyan Open...also competed in the mile, clocking a career-best time of 5:02.89 at the Nebraska adidas Classic...recorded the fifth-fastest time in Academy history (4:27.43a) in third-place performance at the MW Outdoor Championships...clocked a time of 4:32.31 in that event at the NCAA West Preliminary (28th)...also finished second in the 1500 at the Front Range Classic...competed in the 800-meter run at the Arizona State Invitational, placing eighth with a time of 2:19.16...ran on the 4x800-meter relay (9:13.04) and the distance medley relay (11:50.86) that accounted for the second-fastest time in Academy history at the Drake Relays.
SOPHOMORE (2011): Received the Callie Calhoun Award for Drive and Determination...clocked the seventh-fastest outdoor 3000-meter time in Academy history at the UC Irvine Spring Break Invitational (10:00.55)...earned the team's Track Athlete of the Week award following that meet...scored for the Falcons at the outdoor conference championships by recording an eighth-place finish in the 1500-meter run (4:33.52a)...that time was the fastest on the team...also recorded the third-fastest time on the team (2:18.38, adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational...ran the anchor leg of the distance medley relay team that clocked the third-fastest time in Academy history (12:12.44a) at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships...also ran a leg of the DMR team that won the Air Force Invitational...clocked a career-best time of 5:12.62 in the mile at the Nebraska adidas Invitational.
FRESHMAN (2010): Competed in the 800-meter and 1500-meter distances during the outdoor season...clocked career-best times in both races at the Colorado Invitational...ran a non-adjusted 2:31.44 in the 800-meter run and clocked an adjusted time of 4:53.50 in the 1500-meter run during that race...ran the mile and 3000-meter distances during the indoor season...clocked an altitude converted time of 5:28.98 in the mile at the Air Force Invitational...finished the 3000-meter race at the Don Barrett Duals with a career-best 11:07.82a.
