2005: Ran the opening leg of the season's best distance medley relay team that timed in at 10:08.99 to win the Husky Classic...finished the indoor 800-meter run with a season-best time of 1:57.20 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Invitational...time was the fifth-fastest on the team all season...claimed the fourth-best time of the season in the mile, clocking 4:15.59...ran the 3000-meter run in 8:38.92a at the MWC Indoor Championships...placed seventh in the 1500-meter run at the MWC outdoor meet, with a time of 3:57.25...clocked a season-best 1500-meter run time of 3:50.53a at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...ran a season-best 1:55.68 in the outdoor 800-meter run at the Stanford Invitational... took the leadoff leg of the 4x1600-meter relay that finished in 16:45.02 at the Drake Relays

2004: Recorded season-best indoor times of 2:00.58 in the 800-meter run at the Air Force Invitational and 4:22.20a in the mile at the Air Force Open...named "Newcomer of the Week" after winning the mile in that career-best time...also ran the indoor 3000-meter run in a season-best time of 9:23.09a...collected the team's fourth-best time in the 800-meter run with a 1:55.34 ...also ranked fifth on the team in the steeplechase (10:09.06) and sixth in the 1500-meters (3:52.34a)... tied for the team's weekly Breakthrough Performer award following the personal-best time in the 1500-meter run

HIGH SCHOOL: Recorded best times of 4:26 in the mile and 1:58 in the 800-meter run
