JUNIOR YEAR | 2015-16: Received the team’s Falcon Award for Spirit and Enthusiasm...moved into sixth on the Academy’s all-time standings in the weight throw...registered a career-best throw of 53’7” at the Rocky Mountain Classic...surpassed the 50-foot mark in three additional meets...earned the team’s Athlete of the Week award following that meet and the New Mexico Team Invitational (51’6¼”)...won the discus throw at the Air Force Twilight Open (157’7”)...posted a season-best distance of 161’7” in that event at the Michael Johnson Classic...competed in the hammer throw once, recording 143’2” at the Aztec Invitational.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014-15: Qualified to the first-round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the discus throw...impacted the program’s all-time standings in two events...became just the fourth thrower in Academy history to surpass the 160-foot mark in the discus throw...tossed a career-best distance of 169’1” to win the Texas Invitational...also won that event at the Air Force Twilight Open (161’1”)...surpassed 160 feet three additional times: 161’4” at the Rock Chalk Classic, 162’8” at the Drake Relays, 165’2” at the Bryan Clay Invitational...finished fifth in all three meets...competed in the hammer throw four times...recorded a personal-best 153’11” at the Texas Invitational...earned the team’s Field Athlete of the Week award following the meet in Texas...debuted in ninth on the Academy’s all-time list in the weight throw after recording a career-best toss of 52’8¼” at the Rocky Mountain Classic...also surpassed the 50-foot mark at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (51’11¼”)...registered top-five finishes at the Air Force Holiday Open (48’0”), Air Force Team Challenge (49’6¼”) and Adams State Qualifier (48’5¼”)...received the team’s Most Improved Award.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Earned the program’s Newcomer of the Year award...debuted in fifth on the Academy’s all-time list in the discus throw...recorded a career-best distance of 157'10" at the Ward Haylett Invitational...matched that distance a week later with a winning performance at the Air Force Twilight Open...also earned a first-place finish in the discus throw at the Air Force Relays (154'5")...scored for the Falcons at the Mountain West Championships after placing eighth with a toss of 153'6"...added top-five finishes at the Jim Click Shootout and Bryan Clay Invitational...earned the team’s Field Athlete of the Week award once during the outdoor season...also claimed Newcomer of the Week honors once...competed in the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season...recorded a personal-best distance of 39'3" in the shot put at the Air Force Invitational...registered a career-best weight throw mark of 47'5¼" during a fourth-place performance at the Rocky Mountain Classic.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Gina and Ronald Hunter and Rodney Reese...stepfather served in the Air Force...has four siblings...nicknames are "Cyd", "Reese's Pieces", "Reesie" and "Sugar Cookie"...majoring in legal studies...future plans include becoming an RPA pilot...serving as the Group One Deputy Commander during the 2016-17 academic year...spent the summer as the Wing Executive Officer and served as Flight Commander for the second session of Basic Cadet Training...also took an academic class and traveled to Kansas City and Las Vegas...hobbies include writing and performing original music and poetry..."I have a beautiful (perfectly normal and in no way strange) adoration for Hello Kitty"...uncle Curtis Jones is a retired Air Force senior master sergeant...cousin Toie Roby is currently in the Army Reserves...member of Cadet Squadron 10.
