FRESHMAN YEAR | 2012-13: Set Freshman Class Records in the mile and 1500-meter run...earned all-conference honors as the anchor of the distance medley relay team that finished second (9:59.30) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...clocked a career-best time of 4:10.74 (adjusted for altitude) in the mile at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic to break the program’s Freshman Class Record that had stood since 2003...scored for the Falcons in that event at the conference championships, after placing eighth (4:13.09)...won the 800-meter run at the Air Force Team Challenge after clocking a career-best time of 1:57.47a...clocked a Freshman Class Record time of 3:46.79 in the 1500-meter run to finish fifth at the MW Outdoor Championships...claimed top-four finishes in that event at the Air Force Twilight Open (first) and Stanford Invitational (fourth)...ran the third leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that recorded the second-fastest time in Academy history (7:35.07) at the Drake Relays...received "Standout" distinction from the team on three occasions.
MAJOR CROSS COUNTRY HIGHLIGHTS: NCAA participant (2015)...two-time all-region selection...finished fourth at the 2015 NCAA Mountain Regional and 21st at the 2013 meet...three-time all-conference honoree...earned first-team distinction after placing second at the Mountain West Championships as a junior and senior...received second-team status as a sophomore (13th)...led Air Force to its first team title in 12 years at the 2015 MW Championships...earned MW Runner of the Week honors twice (Oct. 6, Oct. 20) as a senior...clocked the two fastest 8K times in Academy history (23:23.10 at the Washington Invitational, 23:33.10 at the Pre-National Invitational) during the 2015 season.
