Indoor - Posted a season best time of 11:01.82 in the 3,000-meters. Outdoors - In the 3,000-meter steeplechase posted a season best of 11:24.85 at MWC Championships… second fastest time in school history. Collegiate - Four-year cross country letter winner… served as cross country team captain this past fall.

    High School: Four year track letter winner and three year cross country letter winner. Served as cross country team captain as a senior.
