    FRESHMAN (2012): Competed in the 1500-meter run during three outdoor competitions...clocked a personal-best time of 4:02.55 (adjusted for altitude) to finish sixth at the Front Range Classic...ran the 5000-meter run at the Air Force Relays, clocking a debut time of 16:30.88a...also competed in the 3000-meter run twice during the indoor season...clocked a career-best time of 9:10.35a at the Air Force Team Challenge.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Countryside High School...earned all-county and all-region honors in both cross country and track...also claimed all-state honors in track...clocked a personal-best time of 1:56 in the 800-meter run and 4:21 in the 1600-meter run...served as captain for both track and cross country...also played varsity soccer...served as senior class treasurer.
