HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity letterwinner in track and of the girls' team for the 2005 and 2006 seasons...received Most Valuable Athlete award in record-holder in the 200- and 400-meter dashes...also a part of the school record-setting 1600-meter relay team...member of the two-time state champion 1600-meter relay team (2005, 2006)...relay team set 3A state record in won the 2006 3A state title...state runner-up in the 400-meter dash at the 3A Colorado Track and Field State Championships in 2005...finished fourth in the 400-meter dash at the 2A state meet in 2003 and 2004...three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country...also earned one junior varsity letter...named Most Improved Athlete in 2002...member of the team that finished third at the 3A Colorado championships...two-year member of the Air Force Junior ROTC...member of the National Honor Society...three-year member of the Serteen Community Service Club, serving as treasurer (2004-05) and president (2005-06)...winner of The Classical Academy President's Essay Award in 2004...academic all-state honoree...received the Outstanding Spanish Student Award in 2004-05...earned the Principal's Scholar Academic Achievement Award from Air Academy High School in 2004...nominee for the Wendy's High School Heisman Scholarship...named Track and Field champion at the Rotary Champions Foundation (Pikes Peak Region) Award banquet in 2005.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Diana Burditt...has two younger brothers, John (17) and Daniel (14)...majoring in civil engineering...hobbies include hiking, camping, running, reading, mountain biking, cooking, singing, playing piano, dancing, spending time with family and friends and laughing...planned on attending the Academy since a field trip to the base in fourth grade.
