    JUNIOR (2012): Set Academy record in the 3000-meter steeplechase...recorded a career-best time of 10:46.79 to finish 14th at the Drake Relays...that mark is also a Junior Class Record...ran a leg of the outdoor distance medley relay that clocked the second-fastest time in program history (11:50.86) at that meet...scored for the Falcons in the steeplechase at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships...also competed in that event at the Mt. SAC Relays, placing ninth in 10:55.36...won the 2000-meter steeplechase (7:30.34) at the Air Force Relays...clocked the 10th-fastest 5000-meter time in Academy history (17:39.96, adjusted for altitude) in only appearance at that distance during the MW Outdoor Championships...also participated in the 1500-meter run twice...clocked a season-best time of 4:44.96 at the Arizona State Invitational...impacted the program's all-time lists for the 3000- and 5000-meter events during the indoor season...recorded the seventh-fastest time ever (10:03.76a) in the 3000-meter run at the MW Indoor Championships...also clocked the fifth-fastest time (17:32.81a) in Academy history in the 5000-meter run at that meet...that time was the best on the team in 2012...was the runner-up in that distance at the New Mexico Classic (17:43.57a)...also finished second in the 1000-meter race (3:06.47) at the Air Force Blue-Silver Open and in the mile (5:08.02a) at the Air Force Invitational...academic all-conference selection.

    SOPHOMORE (2011): Clocked the fourth-fastest 3000-meter steeplechase time in Academy history...recorded a career-best time of 11:21.25 in that event at the San Francisco Distance Carnival...was the runner-up in the steeplechase at the Front Range Classic...clocked a season-best time of 4:59.77a in the 1500-meter run at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...posted a career-best 5000-meter time of 19:21.31a at the CSU-Pueblo Invitational during the outdoor season...debuted in 10th on the program's all-time list in the 3000-meter run during the indoor season...clocked a time of 10:14.84a at the Mountain West Conference Championships...was a member of the distance medley relay team that won the Air Force invitational...also competed in the 800-meter run (2:32.03a, Air Force All-Comers Meet) and mile run (5:29.95, Nebraska adidas Classic) during the indoor season...academic all-conference selection.

    FRESHMAN (2010): Finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Military Championships...time of 11:26.92 is a new meet record....that time is also the fifth-fastest steeplechase time in Academy history...was the runner-up in that event (12:16.87) at the Front Range Classic...also competed in the 1500-meter run...clocked a time of 4:54.01 in the 1500-meter run at the Beach Invitational...ran in the mile and 3000-meter run during the indoor season...clocked a career-best 5:31.40 in the mile at the Nebraska Wesleyan Open...recorded an altitude converted time of 11:04.81 in the 3000-meter run at the New Mexico Classic...academic all-conference selection.
