2003: Mountain West Conference champion in the Discus Throw...led women's team in scoring during the outdoor season...season-best distance of 158'10 in the discus throw established a new Air Force Academy record...named team's weekly "Breakthrough Performance" award winner for her weight throw personal best at the triangular at Wyoming with Colorado State...set the USAFA Sophomore class record in the weight throw with a 50'9¾", which moved her to third all-time on the program's all-time list...won the discus throw at the triangular meet with Army and Navy...won hammer throw at quadrangular with Wyoming, Colorado State and Northern Colorado...set a season-best of 169'4" in the hammer throw, which ranks third on the all-time list...finished seventh in the hammer throw at the MWC Outdoor Championships...earned program's "Clutch Performer" award for her performances over the course of the indoor and outdoor seasons. 2002: Earned program's Laura Piper/ Ironwoman Award…won "Newcomer-of-the-Year" honors for the track and field program…earned team's weekly "Breakthrough Performance" award for her 43'2¼" effort in shot put at Wyoming…won program's "Clutch Performance" weekly award for her 43'6½" effort in the shot put at MWC Indoor Championships…earned the team’s weekly "Outstanding Competitor" honors for her three personal records (SP, DT, HT) at the Arizona State Invitational…earned "Newcomer-of-the-Week" honors for her 144'7" showing in discus throw at Wildcat Shootout…earned "Newcomer-of-the-Week" honors again for her 148'1" Freshman class record in the discus at the Jack Christiansen Invitational… won "Outstanding Competitor" weekly award when she improved that Freshman class record to 151'8" (second all-time) at Indiana Quadrangular, as well as the hammer throw with a measurement of 142'7" (seventh all-time)…placed fourth in discus throw at MWC Outdoor Championships. HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in track, two in basketball and one in football...went to state championship in track four years...won state discus and shot put title twice...named conference MVP as a senior...served as track team captain as a senior.
