2003: Mountain West Conference indoor champion in the 800-meter run...ran a leg on the fourth-place Mile Relay team at the MWC Indoor championships...season-best time of 1:60.77 in the indoor 800-meters ranks fourth on the program's all-time list...ran a leg on the Sprint Medley relay team that finished in the second fastest time (3:22.14) in USAFA history at Florida Relays...won team's weekly "Outstanding Competitor" award for his second-place performance in the 800-meter run and his part of the Mile Relay at the Air Force Classic...a season-best time of 1:50.80 in the outdoor 800-meter run at the Cardinal Invitational earned him "Outstanding Competitor" honors and ranks fifth on the program's all-time list...finished sixth in the 800-meters at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships...ran a leg of the fourth-place 4X400-meter Relay team at the outdoor conference championships...named program's "Clutch Performer" award for his performances over the course of the indoor and outdoor seasons...selected to the academic all-MWC team...named to the USTCA academic All-America team. 2002: Earned team's "Clutch Performance" weekly award for runner-up finish in 800-meter indoor run at Air Force Invitational…placed fifth in MWC Outdoor Championships in 800-meter run…earned team's weekly "Breakthrough Performance" award for his 1:52.00 at Arizona State Invitational…set a personal best of 1:51.12 in Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, which ranks sixth on the USAFA all-time list…ran anchor leg (800-meters) on the Sprint Medley relay, which took fourth at the Drake Relays in 3:23.8, which is fourth on the program's all-time list….named to MWC All-Academic team. 2001: Set a season-best indoor time in the 800-meter run with a 1:58.02 at the Air Force Open…the time was fourth fastest on the team...set a season-best outdoor time of 1:53.29 in 800-meters. HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track three years and cross country two years…was named Rookie of the Year in cross country and earned track team's Outstanding Achievement Award as a junior…named first team all-league as a senior…placed 10th in the mile at state championships…named an all-league scholar-athlete...earned the Outstanding Academic Achievement award...was a National Merit Scholarship winner...
