    FRESHMAN (2011): Competed in the pole vault in five competitions during the outdoor season...recorded a career-best clearance of 15'7" to finish as the top collegian (third overall) at the Colorado Invitational...earned the team's Newcomer of the Week award following that meet...was the top collegiate finisher at the CSU-Pueblo Invitational, finishing second overall (15'5")...also finished third at the Front Range Classic (15'2¼")...recorded an indoor-best height of 15'1¼" three times...first recorded that mark at the Don Barrett Duals...matched that mark at the New Mexico Classic and again at the Air Force Invitational...was the runner-up at the Robert Shine Invitational (15'0").

    HIGH SCHOOL: Mullen High School...four-year letterwinner in track...Colorado state champion in the pole vault as a senior...member of the team that won the state title...served as team captain as a senior...placed second in the pole vault at the state meet as a junior...also finished fourth in the 300-meter hurdles at that meet...2008 Great Southwest champion in the pole vault... was the runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles at the state championships as a sophomore.

    PERSONAL: Son of Larry and Suzanne Beski...has one older brother, Johnny, and two older sisters, Meghan and Alyssa...nickname is "E"...majoring in management...future plans include working in acquisitions...served as Four-Degree Coach...had an article published in Rocket Magazine...hobbies include skydiving and diving...attended the Academy Prep School...was a member of the soccer team and rock climbing club...travelled to Las Vegas over the summer...member of Cadet Squadron 30.
