    2004: Collected season-best times of 4:23.33a in the mile at the Air Force Open and 9:18.84a in the 3000-meter run at the Air Force Invitational...recorded a season-best time of 4:01.81 in the outdoor 1500-meter run at Colorado State...had the third-best 3000-meter steeplechase time on the team at 9:37.19a...earned the "Newcomer of the Week" award after running the leadoff leg on the distance medley relay team that finished third at the Air Force Invite...won the weekly "Breakthrough Performance" award after a sixth-place debut in the steeplechase
