FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Returned from injury to compete in the 100-meter hurdles during four outdoor competitions.

HIGH SCHOOL: Island Pacific Academy in Hawaii (junior and senior years) and International School of Manila in the Philippines (freshman and sophomore years)...served as team captain during both years at IPA...served as co-captain during sophomore year at ISM...won the 100-meter hurdles title at the International Scholastic Association of Southeast Asia Schools Championships in 2010...earned a second IASAS title that year as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team...finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles at the Hawaii state meet in 2011...earned MVP honors from respective teams as a sophomore and senior...helped with the expansion of the track and field program at Island Pacific Academy (founded in 2004)...trained at a local park due to the lack of a track at the school...also played Touch Rugby and served as team captain in 2010...member of the National Honor Society and Student Government...served as president of both the National Arts Honor Society and the Women's Rights Club.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Qasim and Gelina Majied...father is a retired Air Force senior master sergeant...has two older siblings, Dorian and Ali...majoring in legal studies...future plans include becoming a JAG, a pilot or working in the intelligence field...Class of 2017 representative in the WLC club...served as Public Affairs Clerk for squadron...member of the "500 Club" after receiving a perfect score on the PFT...attended the Academy's Prep School...named the top female athlete...recorded the highest PFT score among all females at the prep school (fourth-highest score among all students)...hobbies include painting, drawing and dancing...lived in the Philippines for five years...learned to speak fluent Spanish and understand Tagalog...member of Cadet Squadron 05.
