All-Region (2008, 2009, 2010) ... Stockdale has become a team leader and one of the fencing program's top competitors in men's foil ... 2009-10: Won both the senior mixed foil championships in the Nick Toth Open and Amarillo Open ... tied for third place at the Falcon Open in senior mixed foil... went 15-3 in foil at the Eric Sollee Invitational at Brandeis University ... qualified for the NCAA Championships and earned his third consecutive all-region honors with a second-place finish at the Western Regionals (8-1) ... finished 20th at the NCAAs... in the post-season, he finished 32nd out of 170 foilists in Division I at the NAC-F, and while he skipped the Summer Nationals to travel abroad, he is still ranked tied for 63rd in the senior USFA points standings... his career dual meet record is an impressive 100-42 (.704).

2008-09: Earned all-region honors as a sophomore, finishing 5-4 at the West Regional Championships ... won the senior mixed foil championships in the Nick Toth Open, Falcon Open, and New Mexico Open... finished 19th in Division 1A among 100 foilists at the Summer Nationals and finished 17th out of 201 foilists in the Under-20 Junior Olympic Championships.

2007-08: Earned a varsity letter as a freshman ... won the men's foil title at both the Nick Toth Open and the New Mexico Open ... won 13 bouts, losing only two at the Western Invitational ... earned all-region honors, finishing fifth at the Western Regionals (4-3) ... during the post-season, he competed in the Division I Championships 2008 Summer Nationals, he finished 16th among 94 in Division 1A, and he also finished 20th out of 205 foilists in the Under-20 Junior Olympic Championships.

Before Air Force: Homeschooled ... high school coach was Mark Masters ... also finished 31st/137 at the NAC-C Division I tournament in 2006 ... current USFA ranking is A09 ... also finished 31st in World Cup in Montreal ... parents are Jef and Roxanne Stockdale ... has five siblings: Jason (USAFA class of 2007), Christina, Alexander, Laura and Simon ... older brother Jason is a first lieutenant in USAF.

Academy: Member of Squadron 19 ... major is system engineering management.
