    FENCING SEASON KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND AT HOME

    BEFORE THE ACADEMY: Graduated from Lowell High School in San Francisco, CA ... coached by Scott Cunningham ... athletic awards include letter winner in fencing: fourth in All City Fencing Championships (2010-11); 1st place in All City Fencing Championships (2011-12); 7th place in All State Fencing Championships (2010-11) and 2011-12)... hobbies are Taekwondo, playing saxophone and piano and writing.

    ACADEMY: Her major is undecided ... wants to attend pilot training or have a career in mechanical, computer or electrical engineering.

    EXPECTATIONS: "I expect life here at the Academy to challange me in ways I am sometimes unprepared for, and to push me to my maximum academically, athletically and militarily.
