    FENCERS CLOSE OUT FIRST HALF OF THE SEASON AT THE NAC IN MILWAUKEE

    Division I and II North American Cup

    2012-13: In the season opener, Nick Toth Open, he won the senior men's epee championship (15-7) ... compiled a 6-0 record and earned his A12 rating ... won the New Mexico Open senior mixed epee title.

    2011-12: Has a 34-22 (.607) career record ... was 7-5 at Western Regionals ... all region ... collegiate bout record was 27-18 (Western Invitational, Duke, Western Region).

    2009-10: His top-three finishes in the season were second place at both the Nick Toth Open and Amarillo Open (2009) ... tied for third place at the NAC B Juniors tournament in Kansas City ... at the 2010 Western Regionals, he finished fifth with a 7-4 bout record.

    Before Air Force: Parents are Shaun and Susan Sorensen ... has two brothers, Mark and Stephen.
