2015-2016: 14th at Falcon Open…second in junior’s at Nick Toth Open…tied for third in senior mixed epee and first in junior epee at the Amarillo Open…66th in epee at NAC in Richmond VA.

2014-15: In 2014, tied for third in both the senior men’s epee and (U20) championships at the Parker Kickoff Open … eighth place in senior mixed epee and 10th in (U20) at the Amarillo Open … placed 56th overall in Div. I epee at the Div. I NAC in Portland … 70th overall in junior’s at the NAC in Louisville … 6-9 at the Brandeis Invitational … 34th in Div. I and 49th in juniors at the Div. I NAC in Salt Lake.

Before the Academy: Competed at LAIFC (Los Angeles International Fencing Center) and BBFC (Battle-Born Fencing Club) … coached by Vadim Diambekov, Kay Kim, Gago Demirchian / Jacques Lacour, Yves Auriol.

Personal: Member of cadet squadron 37 … son of Kenny and Nami Lee … has two younger siblings, Morgan and Adelynn … economics major … future career plan to become a civilian contractor one day … why I decided to come to the Academy: “The unparalleled education in both normal academia as well as leadership. I also used to want to fly and that was another reason I came but I have changed my career plans. … hobbies are skateboarding and film/photography … began fencing at age 14 … credits Kanye West as having the biggest influence on his sports career … pre-competition superstition is that he has to have some sort of eggplant dish the night before competition … dream vacation spot is Switzerland … guilty pleasure is double chocolate baby cakes from Ajoomah Grill in Las Vegas … something not many people know about him is that he’s an avid gnome collector … enjoys listening to yodel rock … favorite TV show is Beverly Hills 90210 … favorite movie is Mean Girls … favorite class subject is mathematics … favorite athlete is Johnny Manziel … favorite team is Air Force women’s rugby.
