Before the Academy: Attended Atlantic Coast High School ... her parents are Alan and Olga Chernomashentsev. Academics: Graduated as an AP/Honors student ... Top 3% in the class ... AP Scholar Award. Athletics: In fencing, was the top 8 in NAC Cadet event ... top 16 in various cadet and junior NACs and National Fencing events ... first place in Division III NAC ... Florida Sunshine State Games champion three consecutive years ... in figure skating, won the Florida Sunshine State Games at the senior level ... "I have figured skated for 11 years. I have passed all of the figure skating tests from pre-preliminary to the senior level." Academy: Major is undecided ... currently in Cadet Squadron 12 - Dirty Dozen. Expectations: "My expectations for my Academy Life and Athletic Career are to keep up a good GPA and manage all of my academic, athletic, and military duties. I want to excel in all of the things I do and keep a good attitude through the good and the bad times. By the end of my time at the Academy, I want to have become a stronger person academically with a minor and a major, and athletically, for my teammates and I to have had a rewarding experience both on the strip and off."
