* Air Force's top line of all sophomores, LW Will Dawson, C Nick Sajevic and RW Sam Stitz have been on the ice for six of the team's nine non-empty-net goals this season. The line scored one goal against Denver, one against Colorado College and four against St. Thomas, all in game two.
* Air Force blocked a season-high 22 shots in the win over St. Thomas, Oct. 18. The Falcons had 20
against Denver, Oct. 11, and ranks fifth in the AHA in blocked shots per game at 15.75.
* Junior Carter Clafton made a career-high 58 saves against fifth-ranked Denver. The 58 saves were the most ever by a Falcon in the conference era (since 1999) and set a new Atlantic Hockey record. The Air Force record for saves in a game is 64, by Dave Spannbauer vs. Lake Forest, Nov. 15,

* Sophomore center Michael Kadlecik scored his first career goal vs. St. Thomas, Oct. 17. The short-handed goal was the first shortie by the Falcons this season.

Scouting the Tigers

RIT rebounded last week with a 6-2 win over Clarkson at home. Seven different players have scored a goal for the Tigers. Simon Isabelle leads the team with three points (1-2-3). Jakub Krbecek has started two games and Collin Mackenzie has started one. Krbecek leads the team with a 1.51 GAA and a .945 saves percentage. Krbecek made 28 saves in the win over Clarkson.
