Air Force Launches Official Athletic Website With FANSonly

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Director of Athletics Randall W. Spetman announced the launch of Air Force's new athletic Internet website on the FANSonly network. The visually attractive new site ( will be a product of FANSonly, the country's largest supplier of Internet sites for university athletics, and the Air Force athletic department.

    "We are excited about the 'new look' of our official Air Force Academy athletic web site and our partnership with FANSonly," Spetman said. "We are dedicated to give all of our fans up-to-date information about Air Force Academy Athletics."

    In addition to up-to-date press releases on Air Force athletic events, the site will feature photos, stats, schedules, results, rosters, player and coach biographies and ticket information for each Air Force sport. Special interactive features, including fan polls and an "Ask the Falcon" page, will offer users a chance to submit opinions and questions. Air Force's official athletic website will be the only site whereby fans can ask questions of Falcon coaches and student-athletes.

    Thanks to the latest in Internet technology, fans will be able to access press conferences and postgame audio clips from selected sports. Future plans call for the integration of video highlights to the site as well.
