We are excited to announce our One Day Elite Girls Basketball Camps!

By popular demand, we have added this skill instruction for basketball players who desire a high energy packed day. The camp will focus on many techniques that will enhance each individual in their pursuit to “on the court” excellence. We will drill individual skills and then put them together in a small breakdown way to improve teamwork. This camp is open to all positions and will be broken down for specific areas.

The One Day Elite staff will be hyper-focused on improvement for individuals and giving them enough homework to improve their individual game. This camp will also provide the insight of college coaching and learning to think the game to the physical execution on the floor. The camp staff will be lead by Andrea Williams, Head Coach at The Air Force Academy. She has coached and instructed many professional athletes at various collegiate levels, from the ASUN to The Big East. One of her protégées is coming off a Gold Medal performance at the Point Guard spot for the Puerto Rico national team in the Pan Am Games.

Offensively, we will teach and drill Shooting, 1 on 1 Moves, and Screening.  Defensively, we will teach defending on the ball and getting through screens.  One highlight of our camp is that each camper will get a video CD of her “shot” on the Shooting Gun machine, to take home.  The combo part of our day will consist of passing in the post and emphasis of the 2 Man game.  The day will end with an All Star Game to exhibit our learned skills. This camp is currently only open to any 2013-2016 HS Graduates.

Thank you for considering Air Force Elite Camp this June! We designed the dates to get you geared up for the summer playing season. We look forward to a great camp experience with your daughter!
