FALCON SWIMMING CAMP

Welcome to the 2004 Falcon Swimming Camp! This swimming camp is
recommended for swimmers seeking instruction in a competitive enviornment. Daily
dry land training sessions along with intense in-water training requires that
the swimmers come to the camp in very good swimming condition.
We are very excited about having you here at Falcon Swim Camp. Our coaches look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals as a competitive swimmer. Below are listed some items we would like for you to bring with you to camp.

Drills related to morning instruction small groups [Pool]
We will spend 4-5 hours per day in the pool, so make sure you are in shape before you come to camp. Remember, this is not a learn-to-swim program. As a minimum, participants should be able to swim a legal 100-yard Individual Medley as a pre-requisite for this swim camp. Workout and instruction will be based on ability level. Our goal is to give all participants information and training designed to help you attain your goals in swimming. While our emphasis in this week of camp is instructional, we always endeavor to train enough to send campers home in good shape, ready to re-join their club teams.
Please arrive at camp ready to pursue new ideas, and to have fun!
