Air Force freshman midfielder Erik Smith has been listed by Inside Lacrosse in its initial Freshman Rankings. Each season, Inside Lacrosse rates the top 25 freshmen in NCAA Division I lacrosse; Wednesday's ranking is the first of three updates during the season.
Smith, who leads the Falcons in both assists (6) and ground balls (30) on the season, is currently rated as the 12th-best freshman in Division I.
